Love the quilt pattern. I also graduated in 1976. Some at the high school wanted us to wear graduation gowns filled with the signatures of those who signed the Declaration of Independence. Needless to say - that did not win out:)

Thank you for the lovely quilt pattern!! I believe I will do this one for my husband who was an Army Reservist for 20 years. I love the fabric you designed then! I was 13 yo in 1976 and remember all the parades and events in Montgomery Alabama (loved going to the air shows!) - my Father was Air Force.

I also graduated in 1976 from a small rural high school in South Central, Kansas. I believe 24 graduated 🎓. We had a Bicentennial theme for our memory book and yearbook.

I love your quilt, thank you for the pattern. I made a jelly roll quilt using Red/White/blue gnome material. I’m just now hand quilting it with 10” stars pattern, using variegated thread. Somebody recommended using beeswax and what a game changer! It will be done by mid June, I’m determined!!! I hope you are having a great weekend, Pat!

I love the Liberty cross stitch. Your Tribute line was beautiful! Thank you for sharing the pattern. When I have time, I make & donate quilts to QOV.

I also graduated in 1976. I was a member of the Blue Stars Drum and Bugle Corps. That year the finals were held in Philadelphia.

I was excited about celebrating this year but am slowly losing the anticipation.

Thank you for sharing the pattern. I have been stalling starting a new project because nothing caught my attention. Now I’m ready. I even have fabric. I’m excited.
